92 SLSG Metro Academy Win First Playoff Game

SLSG Metro 92 Academy team defeated Midwest power Michigan Wolves 2-1 to put Metro in first place in the US Soccer Development Academy playoff at Pizza Hut Park in Friso, TX. After giving up a corner kick goal 15 minutes into the game, Brian Bement and Travis Hoguet scored to secure the win. SLSG Metro continues its quest to qualify for Nationals tonight as they play Westin (FLA) at 6:00. The SLSG Metro 94 Academy team play California Odyssey in its first game of the Academy Showcase also at 6:00 tonight.
